Steph

You have so many folks who love you...you'll never starve. I'm Steph's buddy and so very thankful you "discovered" her. She really needed a boost from someone other than me.

BIG HINT HERE: Whatever you think of her art, it's only a very small her piece of her. Her guitar work and vocal abilities are bar none. We have had many, what we call "hootenannies" with many other local, but private, musicians and she is terrific and heartfelt.

I am priveldged to know her. It's her self esteem that gets in the way. You open her up and there is noone like her.

Thanks for seeing what I have for a very long time.

ah yes i guessed that's who you were!
she is amazing, i love her work! and figured if she applies to music like her painting it would be worth hearing.
it was great to visit her in the gallery, altho that's my busy time of day so i couldn't stay as long as i wanted.
feel free to visit if you ever want to check out what i have in my pad, if you want to buy or not, i like to show stuff off. :)

your stuff pimps itself! you've been getting lotsof praise. commonly it's incredulous wows.
if your pieces last this show i thought to ask you if you still wanted the lynx mask. i'll put up a better pic. if they sell i'll be happy enough they stay in the neighborhood.

your work still blows me away. that frida and christine alter is about the most gorgeous thing i've seen this year. and that bunny marionette is truly to die for. i'd buy them both in a snap if i had the cash. what did you ask for them?

i'm going to check out this gallery in los angeles and see if they really are going to accept the odd and eclectic and thought of you. your stuff would be so hot there! and anything frida sells in southern california! and day of the dead is big just about everywhere here, too.

the bunny sold for $250 i think.
i'll have to check on the alter, pretty expensive as i recall. the head and hand were big projects.
funny tho i meant to use the word "trade" in that sentence but was vague there.
that link crashed my browser, it can be sensitive.

i'm glad you're gettng good prices for your work, it is exceptionally fine. the place i was thinking of in los angeles is Infusion Gallery 719 south sping street. i think any place in los angeles would be lucky to carry your work first. you can find them on google.

the art scene in san diego is so dry and redundant, i am finally being pushed to explore some venues p north. of course, here the norm in for a 50% cut so be prepared.....

and if we're gonna barter, i may just have to expore my possibilities!

well, i don't usually, but i pick a few pieces to price high so i don't mind keeping them for a while. i sell better on the internet.
you've been getting inquiries on the boxes, some nibbles anyway.
i put the frida alter at $600, mostly cuz the head in it and to make everything else seem like a good deal, haha!
